Assembly of the Babboe Cargo Bike

The Babboe Big cargo bike is delivered in a self-assembly pack, a set of 3 boxes. If you are mechanically inclined, have time and want to save money you can assemble the bike yourself. We supply clear instructions and tips which will guide you through the process step-by-step.  The process will take around 4-5 hours.

If you are less mechanically inclined or don’t have much time, you can make use of the Babboe professional assembly service. If you make use of this service, your Babboe will be fully assembled by an experienced mobile cycle mechanic. The mechanic will come to your home, assemble the bike, carry out a safety check, offer you tips on maintenance and riding the Babboe and you can ask the mechanic any questions that you might have about the bike. 

Please note that the Babboe Big E-Power is only assembled by experienced mobile cycle mechanics at your home.  There is no self-assembly for this bike.

Don’t worry if you don’t have a lot of space outside your home to assemble the Babboe. The mechanics who assemble Babboe family bikes are experienced with working on bikes outside in small areas.
