This warranty is only for Babboe cargo bike accessories purchased in the United Kingdom from Babboe’s exclusive UK agent, Wheel Happy Ltd. 

This includes : Rain Tent, Carrier Box Cover, Design Decals, Pyjama Cover, Baby Seat, Head Protection for Baby Seat, Toddler Seat, Bench Seat Cushions and Babboe Matching Saddle Cover.

Accessories come with a 6 month warranty for manufacturing faults. This warranty does not include parts that are subject to regular wear and tear. Damage to the accessories caused by forces of nature or weather are excluded from warranty (e.g. damage to the rain tent due to frost).

 TIP: Remove the rain tent from the Babboe cargo bike, if outdoor temperatures fall below freezing levels, and store it inside until you need it again.

Abuse

Abuse of the warranty can lead to a reclaim of the incurred costs.

Warranty on parts

If you require replacement of parts which are covered by the warranty then the parts themselves will be free; however, you will be responsible for all shipping and repair costs.
