Which cargo bike best suits you and your family? Some parents are adamant and know right away that it has to be a tricycle, but other parents are really keen on having a bicycle. There are also many parents who are not so certain, which makes sense. That’s exactly what our testing days are for. When you buy a cargo bike, we think it’s a must that you first come and take a test ride because it really works differently from riding an ordinary bike. Some people step onto a Babboe Curve or Big and take off right away, but others will need some time to practice. And, while some parents enjoy the speed of a Babboe City or Mini, others prefer the stability of three wheels.

The advantages of a tricycle
Personally, I think the stability a tricycle has to offer is one of its biggest advantages. You can sit steadily on the bike, don’t need to get off, and even with quite a few children in your box, the weight is not a problem. Your box is large. If there are 2 children in the box in front of you, you will still have plenty of space left for 2 large grocery bags. Very practical.

The advantages of a bicycle
A bicycle is sportier, has more speed and has the responsiveness of an ordinary bike. A bicycle is perfect for longer distances and is also a little smaller, so it’s ideal for bigger cities.
The best of both worlds
The Babboe Curve combines the advantages of two and three wheels. You’ll have the flexibility of the bicycle, but also the stability of the three-wheel cargo bike. The box of the Curve also offers plenty of space for 2 children and a bag of groceries.
