Returning a cargo bike

If you notice that something isn't right when the cargo bike is delivered, do not sign for delivery and return the cargo bike to the delivery driver with a comment on the delivery note. Contact the Babboe customer service to discuss follow-up. Therefore, take the cargo bike for a test ride at the time of delivery.

Returning accessories

If you notice a defect or production error after delivery of an accessory, please contact the Babboe customer service to report your complaint, and the follow-up phase will be explained. The costs for returning in item in case of transport damage or a production error shall be borne by Babboe BV.

Should you have chosen the wrong accessory (e.g. size, color, or pattern), please contact the Babboe customer service, they will help you with the follow-up phase. In that case, you are responsible for the costs of returning the items. The item must always be returned in its original inner and outer packaging. If the item isn't packaged correctly or if it's damaged, only 90% of the purchase value and not the entire amount will be refunded. That's because Babboe is no longer able to sell it as a new item. Returned shipments will be assessed upon receipt and you will be informed.
