This cargo box protective edging comes in three pieces: two longer side sections (39 in/99 cm), and a shorter section for the front panel (23.5 in/60 cm). The box edge on the handlebar side is already protected by a metal strip and doesn't need the protective edging.
This protective edging for your bike's cargo box simply clicks into place. Press the protective edging along the top rim of the cargo box, starting with the longer sides. The short piece is for the cut-out in the front panel. Apply enough pressure to the protective edging to make sure it's firmly attached to the cargo box. If not, the protective edge will not have enough tension and must be pulled more firmly into place. Your box will be fully protected from the rain in no time!
