Option 1: My frame number is not recognized

Below the message Your frame number is not recognized, you will find a green button with Leave your details. Fill in the form and provide additional information. We find out which cargo bike you have.

Option 2: My frame number is already registered

Have you already received the message Frame number registered? Go to Leave your details. Fill in the form and provide additional information.

Option 3: My details are incorrect

Go to No, this is not my cargo bike if the model or age of the cargo bike in the picture does not match your bike. Fill in your details and provide additional information.

Extra information about your cargo bike

It is important that the additional information is as clear and complete as possible.

• Make sure the photos are clear. Look at the examples in the form to see the best way to take the photo.
• Has your cargo bike been converted from non-electric to electric? Then enter the original model.
• Don't have an invoice? Then add a screenshot of the statement of the purchase.
