When will my cargo bike get an upgrade?

You will receive an email as soon as it is your cargo bike's turn for the upgrade. At that time, you can make an appointment with a dealer in your area.

• We only make specific adjustments to ensure that your cargo bike complies with safety regulations. For other repairs, please contact us to make a separate appointment.
• It is not possible to schedule maintenance at this time.
• After the adjustments, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your cargo bike meets the safety regulations again.
