Why is the code of my certificate not working?

We will send you an email with an exchange certificate or credit certificate as soon as we have processed that your Babboe cargo bike has been picked up. With your certificate you order your new (cargo) bike on shop.checkyourcargobike.co.uk. It is important that you fill in your details correctly.

What you need to know in advance

• An exchange and credit certificate is personal. You cannot give away or sell the certificate.
• Your certificate is linked to the data with which you registered your cargo bike. Please use the same email address as when registering on checkyourcargobike.co.uk.

Use certificate

When placing your order, pay close attention to the information you enter:

• Copy your certificate code from the email, without any extra space. This way you avoid typos.
• Use the email address where you received the code to place your order.
• Please review all completed fields before clicking Confirm.
