How do I change my order with the exchange code?

We are dealing with major delays on some (cargo) bikes. Customers who are affected by this major delay have received an offer to change their order. More models of (cargo) bikes have been added with a shorter delivery time. You can also opt for a bicycle bundle that consists of several bicycles. Check shop.checkyourcargobike.co.uk to see what the current offer is.

What you need to know in advance

• Are you sticking to your order? Then you don't have to do anything.
• Do you want to order another bike and cancel your current order? Then follow the link in the email to request an exchange certificate code. The link is linked to your order. Only you can use the link to request a code.
• The exchange certificate code is personal and linked to the e-mail address with which you registered your cargo bike.
• You can use the exchange certificate code 1 time. The code is valid for 3 months.
• All Babboe cargo bikes have been fully inspected and meet all safety requirements.
• Stocks are limited and the supply is constantly changing. We do everything we can to provide the most complete range possible.

Request an exchange code

Let us know that you would like to change your order.

1. Follow the link in the email.
2. Copy the order number without # from the order confirmation to avoid typos.
3. Enter the order number of your current order and your zip code, then click Next. Use the zip code you used to make your first order. Please write your zip code in the same way as you did on your previous order. With or without a space and with or without capital letters.
4. Click Confirm to request your exchange code.

You will receive an e-mail with an exchange certificate code at the email address you used to register your cargo bike.

Order a new (cargo) bike

Change your order by placing a new order on shop.checkyourcargobike.co.uk with your new exchange certificate code. Ordering works the same as with your first order. Follow How do I order my new bike?

• You will receive an email confirming your new order.
• We'll cancel your current order as soon as you use your exchange certificate code for a new order.
• You will receive an email confirming that your previous order has been cancelled.
