How do I order my new bike?

Order a new (cargo) bike with your 100% exchange certificate or credit certificate on shop.checkyourcargobike.co.uk. There you will find the current range and delivery times per bike.

What you need to know in advance

  • A certificate is personal and linked to the email address you used to register your cargo bike.
  • Different conditions apply to orders with a credit certificate than to normal orders:
    • You cannot change your order once you have completed the order.
    • You cannot return the bike after delivery and get an amount or credit back.
  • The range in the shop is constantly changing. We do everything we can to make the most complete selection available.
  • A certificate is valid for 3 years.

100% exchange certificate

  • You will receive a 100% exchange certificate if we recall your bike and it was purchased new after 2019.
  • With an exchange certificate you order a new (cargo) bike.
  • You spend the exchange certificate on 1 bicycle in 1 go.
  • There is no credit left on the exchange certificate if you choose a cheaper bike. The code can be used 1 time.

Credit certificate

  • You will receive a credit certificate if we recall your bike and it was purchased new before 2019.
  • With a credit certificate you get a discount on your shopping cart on shop.checkyourcargobike.co.uk.
  • You can use the credit certificate only once.
  • You can order multiple items at once.

Ordering a replacement bike

  1. Go to shop.checkyourcargobike.co.uk.
  2. Go to All bicycles and choose a (cargo) bike.
  3. Choose the correct version and click Add to cart.
  4. Go to your shopping cart at the top right.
  5. Enter your certificate code in the Exchange certificate and click Redeem. Write the code the same as in the email.
  6. Go to Proceed to payment and follow the instructions. Use the same email address you received your certificate at.

Good to know

  • We will send you an email to confirm your order.
  • You will receive a track & trace code with the time and date of the delivery no later than the day of the delivery. Keep an eye on your junk mailbox.
  • Your new bike comes with a warranty.
