How is the current value of my bicycle calculated?

For cargo bikes that we sold before 2019, we offer a credit certificate with the current value of the bike. We calculate the current market value based on the price and when the cargo bike was sold.

• 2018: 50% of the purchase price.
• 2017: 40% of the purchase price.
• 2016: 30% of the purchase price.
• 2015 and older: 20% of the purchase price.

Can't show what you paid for your cargo bike? Then you will receive a credit certificate based on the average dealer price from the year of purchase.

Good to know

• You will receive a credit certificate of at least £ 360.94.
• Bicycles that we sold in or after 2019 will be replaced with a new bicycle.
• We base the current value of a second-hand bicycle on the year in which the bicycle was bought new.
