What can I do if my cargo bike is affected by the recall?

Register your cargo bike on checkyourcargobike.co.uk. We will then get to work to replace your bike.

What you need to know in advance

• We recommend that you do not use your cargo bike.
• You will receive a credit with which you can order a new bike. The value of the credit depends on the age of your bike:
• Is your bike younger than 5 years old? Then you will receive a 100% exchange certificate for a new bicycle.
• Is your bike older than 5 years? Then you will receive a credit certificate. The purchase price and age of your bike determine the amount of credit. 

Checking cargo bike 

1. Go to checkyourcargobike.co.uk.
2. Enter your frame number and click Check. You can immediately see whether you need to recall or inspect your cargo bike.
• Is your frame number not recognized? Go to Leave your details and provide additional information.
3. Go to Leave your details.
4. Check whether the cargo bike in the picture is the same model as your bike.
• Is the model correct? Click Yes, this is my bike.
• Is it not the same model as your bike? Go to No, this is not my bike and provide additional information.
5. Fill in your details and click Next.

Your cargo bike is now registered for the recall.

• Is your bike younger than 5 years old? Then we will send you an email with a 100% exchange certificate.
• Is your cargo bike older than 5 years? Then we will send you an e-mail with the current value of your cargo bike. Read

Good to know

• Our logistics partner will send you an e-mail with a time slot in which they will pick up your cargo bike.
• As soon as we have picked up your cargo bike, you will receive an email with a 100% exchange certificate or credit certificate for the current value of your cargo bike.
